Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing me to take care of your hair!
I know life happens, and sometimes plans change. As an independent stylist, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a big impact on my small business. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time I've reserved just for you.
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Fees
• 24 to 48 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service(s)
• Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% of the scheduled service(s)
• No-show: 100% of the scheduled service(s)
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. Any outstanding balance must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
If you're running late, please send me a quick text. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled so I can stay on time for all of my guests.
